Who we are

Vyrex ("we", "us") operates vyrex.app — a viral intelligence platform for short-form creators on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. The private app is invite-only; public tools and marketing pages require no account.

What we collect

  • Account data (private app): email, display name, Supabase auth identifiers, usage tied to your user ID.
  • Public tool leads: email, tool name, optional URL/score when you opt in on free tools. Stored in Supabase public_leads.
  • Analytics (with consent only): anonymised page views via Vercel Analytics on the public site.
  • Technical logs: IP-derived rate limits, API usage, error logs — retained briefly for security.

Retention

Public leads: up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised. Account data: until you request deletion plus a short backup window. API audit rows in credit_ledger are kept for billing disputes.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You may request access, export, correction, or deletion. Use data request form or Settings → Request deletion (authenticated users). We respond within 30 days.

Processors

Supabase (auth/database), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (billing), Anthropic/xAI/ElevenLabs (AI when you trigger actions).

Public API

Developer API responses are aggregate-safe — no cross-user library or performance data. See developer docs for scope details.
