- Is Vyrex really invite-only?
- Yes. Public free tools are open to everyone. Full platform access — analyse, generate, library sync — requires an approved application. Pricing is shown so you know what you are buying before you apply.
- How do credits work?
- Each AI action costs credits (e.g. analysis 10, full reel 50). Subscriptions grant monthly credits via an auditable ledger. You can also buy one-off credit packs. Unused subscription credits do not roll forever — check your plan terms at checkout.
- Can I buy credits without a subscription?
- Approved users on any paid plan can purchase top-up packs. Free approved accounts start with starter credits from your invite; subscribe or top up when you need more generation capacity.
- What happens when I hit the free tool limit?
- Save your email for follow-up, request invite-only access, then subscribe after approval. Your usage path is: free tools → lead → application → paid credits.
- Do you store card details?
- No. All payments run through Stripe Checkout and the Stripe Customer Portal. Vyrex never sees or stores raw card data.
- What is the referral program?
- Approved users get a personal referral code. When someone you refer completes their first payment, both of you receive bonus credits.
